Our Team
Our highly-skilled management team is a group of like-minded people with over 60
years’ experience in growing, producing, developing, processing, testing, marketing
and eating good food. The team all have the same aim: to move the focus back to
what really matters – making products they are proud of by using simple and minimally
processed ingredients. The staff on the factory floor are proud of their high productivity
levels and enjoy the part they play in the success of the company and developing
and producing its expanding range of quality products.
All staff have undergone Food Hygiene Certification and Millifoods is dedicated
to supporting them in a training programme including NVQs in food and manufacturing
with more than 75% accredited to date.
