Good colour after baking, filling plentiful with nice ratio of cranberry to Brie” is how Craft Guild of Chefs described Millifoods’ delicious Brie and Cranberry Parcel which won the Gold in BFFF’s Annual Food Awards’ Best New Starter Product.

Millifoods’ classic vegetable lasagne, produced for Compass Group, impressed judges so much at the annual BFFF Food Awards that it won the Gold Award in the Best New Multi Portion Product category.

Millifoods also took the Silver Award in the Best New Multi Portion Product category for its ‘BHS’ Fish Pie.

November 2008 Gold Award

A dish originally a favourite with Spike Milligan, was recreated by his widow Shelagh for Millifoods. Her Asparagus and Gruyere Crown won the coveted Gold Award at last year’s Excellence in Food and Drinks Awards in London. Stephen Drew is pictured here (centre) receiving the award.

This popular Spicy Meatballs dish won the Gold Award in the influential annual BFFF Awards’ Best new multi-portion product. BFFF chefs from The Craft Guild of Chefs, commented: “Impressed with the homemade flavour and appearance"; “Just the right amount of spice"; “Sauce flavour very good and smoky"; and “good sized meatballs, sauce a good consistency".

June 2006 Silver Award

Millifoods’ Chicken Tikka Masala won the Silver Award in the prestigious annual British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) Awards’ Best new mulit-portion product. BFFF chefs from The Craft Guild of Chefs were impressed with the authentic Indian spicy sauce and the tender pieces of moist chicken.
